At Bailey Nurseries, we have always considered our most important asset to be our people. In 1955, we adopted a Profit Sharing Plan for regular employees, a first in the industry. Today our full-time employees receive a generous benefit package, complete with holiday pay, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health and dental insurance, 401 (k) with match, tuition assistance, discounts on plant materials and paid personal time off, in addition to our Profit Sharing. For over 40 years, we have been actively involved in horticultural internships and have hosted students from across the United States and 25 countries around the world.
